The table lesson helps you to observe your own unconscious, unnecessary tension. You will learn how to let go of that tension without effort.



Chair Lesson



Alexander Technique teaches you how you move based on daily actions such as sitting, standing, and walking. You observe your habitual responses and learn how to undo them, moment to moment.
